This course is designed to provide electrical contractors and tradesmen with a comprehensive review of Code changes made in the 2014 National Electrical Code, in Article 90 and Article 100. The course pinpoints each change with a "Quick Look", identifying the section of the code and the basic nature of the change, as well as an "Impact of Change", providing greater detail and real-world implication of the change made, which will include impacts to correlating sections of the code. The code-wide change resulting in an increase in voltage thresholds in many existing rules, and expanding DC power requirements to better incorporate renewable energy technology into the Code is also reviewed.
