These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-message program offered by Infinity LC, doing business as On-Line-Classes.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

When you opt in, we send license-renewal reminders and continuing-education class information to existing students who have provided their mobile number. These are informational and promotional messages about your continuing-education requirements and our classes.

How You Opt In

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on our class-registration or checkout forms and agreeing to receive text messages. A disclosure shown near the phone-number field states that by providing your number you agree to receive these texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your enrollment and upcoming license-renewal deadlines.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the text messages.

Opt Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
