This course explores why a well-designed Operations and Maintenance plan is critical throughout the life of a building by implementing maintenance plans, energy saving procedures, and green building standards as ways to balance cost and tenant satisfaction with environmental responsibility. IT will detail GSA’s ongoing obligation to be the leader in the building industry in terms of changing the way buildings are created and operated and the challenges and strategies for the future.
