This course is designed to provide Florida Certified and Registered Electrical Contractors with a comprehensive review of the laws & rules that regulate their licenses. By completing the course the licensee will become familiar with the distinction between laws & rules, the scope of licensure for various license types, standards of practice they must abide by, responsibilities of qualifying agents and business organizations, and the full range of penalties for prohibitions and violations.
